There are no refunds on tickets.

If you are unable to attend a performance due to illness or weather, please contact the box office at 507-282-8481 to make arrangements.

TICKET SCAM ALERT: Protect yourself by purchasing tickets ONLY through our official website at RochesterCivicTheatre.org. Any tickets bought elsewhere cannot be guaranteed and may be invalid for entry.

 

Age Limits

For main stage and black box shows: Children under the age of three, including babies in arms, are not allowed in the theatre. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket, regardless of age, and children must be seated with an adult. Any person disrupting a performance or inhibiting the enjoyment of an event for guests may be removed from the theater without refund.

 

For Theatre for Young Audiences shows: There is no age limit for attendance. Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket, with the exception of babies in arms. Children must be seated with an adult or in the designated floor-seating area with an adult nearby.
