The Rochester Civic Theatre Company's award-winning Civic Action Outreach Program presents: Women on Wednesdays
Exploring social issues impacting our community, promoting inclusiveness for a healthy society, providing a stage to showcase the richness of our shared cultural heritage.
This season's lineup:
Oct. 24th - Historical Trauma: No, you don't just "get over it."
Nov. 14th - Women Working in the Field of Death & Dying
Jan. 23rd - Being a Caretaker for a Loved One: Caring for someone close to you – whether a child with special needs, a spouse, or an elderly parent who is not well – requires strength, time, patience and compassion. Robin Wolfram, former KTTC news anchor, left her position in 2016 to return to Iowa and be a full-time caregiver for her parents. Ms. Wolfram will facilitate the conversation as our panelists share their stories about caring for a loved one. Both challenges and resources for the caregiver will be part of the discussion.

Mar. 27th - The Opioid Epidemic: Big, Bad & Deadly
Apr. 17th - Talking Gender: Diverse Perspectives on Femininity/Masculinity

Admission is free, reservations required. All events take place at The Civic.
