UPDATE TO VOLUNTEER POLICY
As we continue to improve your experience as a volunteer at Rochester Civic Theatre it is important to us that we communicate changes to our policies that affect all volunteers in a timely manner. Following considerable discussion the following changes to volunteer policy affects ALL volunteers.
Therefore, please be advised that:
- All volunteers at the theatre must sign a hold harmless form. Many have signed this form already, those that have already signed the form will not be required to sign another form. Unfortunately, volunteers that do not sign the form can no longer volunteer at the theatre.
- Any volunteer helping out on a specific show will be given 2 tickets per person to the preview night performance of that show, this includes cast, crew, orchestra and ushers. A maximum 4 preview tickets will be issued per household. Ushers will have an opportunity to attend preview night with other volunteers.
