Box office Hours :

• Monday - Friday 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
• The Box Office will be open one hour prior to all performances for your ticketing convenience.

 

Order Tickets:

• Call 282-8481, ext 11 to order via the telephone.
• In person at the Civic Theatre Box Office.
• CLICK to order online.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover card with $1 credit card processing fee.

 

Ticket Pricing:

• Adults:
• Musical:         $25.50
• Non-Musical:  $20.50

• Seniors (Age 65 and up):

• Musical:         $23.50
• Non-Musical:  $17.50

  

Student Ticket Pricing:

• Full-time students may purchase a ticket for $15.50 to any show.
• A student is defined as a person under 21 years old with a current, valid ID or where age is obvious.

Ticket Policies:

• Tickets must be paid for at the time of reservation. 
• There are no refunds or exchanges.

          * Civic Theatre members may exchange tickets up to 48 hours 

             prior to the scheduled performance. 

• Purchased tickets may be picked up at the Box Office during normal business hours or at the Box Office prior to the scheduled performance. 
• Online and telephone orders are subject to $2 convenience fee per ticket.
• All credit card transactions are subject to $1 credit card processing fee per ticket.

Inclement Weather Policy:

• Rochester Civic Theatre generally does not cancel performances because of inclement weather. We urge all ticket holders to make every effort to attend their ticketed performance. We cannot guarantee that seats for an alternative performance will be available, however, every effort will be made to accomodate changes due to weather, only.

Group Discount:

• We offer special rates to groups of 20 or more.  Whether you are planning a corporate function or a family reunion, we are a great destination for a group.  Receive savings of 10% off regular ticket prices!  If your group is larger than 250 people, we also offer private performances.  Please contact us at (507) 282-8481 for more information. 

 

Corporate Discounts:

• Corporate discounts are available for Mayo clinic, IBM and Olmsted Medical Center employees with a valid employee ID.

 

Gift Certificates:

• Are you looking for a unique and affordable gift? Give Civic Theatre gift certificates and share the excitement of high quality live theatre.

Accesibility:

• Wheelchair seating and an infrared listening system are available in the Rochester Civic Theatre. Please indicate your special needs when you order tickets.
• Rochester Civic Theatre has one interpreted performance per production through the generous support of the SERTOMA 700m Club of Rochester. Please contact us at 507-82-8481 for more information.

 

Audition Info:

• Rochester Civic Theatre 's auditions are open to public and never precast.
• Scripts for non-musical show are available to check out with a small deposit fee at the box office. Scripts must be returned by Friday before the auditions. The deposit will be returned at that time.
• Audition dates are listed within our online calendar on top page. Other audition related information will be posted on the volunteer page before auditions.
